We have a 5-day return policy for storage and decanters, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at hello@mayfairhome.co within 5 days of receipt of your order. If your return is accepted, we will arrange for the item/s to be shipped back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Refunds for returns will be processed in the form of store credits.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or not in accordance to your custom specifications so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Labels - pre-made or customized - are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to change of mind. Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded in the form of store credits.

Yes, they are. We carefully select the items we carry for both function & style. Our Artisan Acacia jars have airtight silicone seals that ensure the lids securely seal the containers. Our Marrakech Spice Jars have screw caps that ensure spices stay fresh longer. Our Sydney Scandi Stackable bins also have airtight lids.
Absolutely. In fact, it is THE standard for food safety when in comes to glass. Borosilicate glass is the glass of choice used in medical labs because it does not allow chemicals to leach. It has higher heat resistance compared to ordinary glass so you it's safe to have around the hot cooking stove. It's also thermal-shock resistant - so it can withstand sudden changes in temperature and not crack. Best of all, it is more durable and less breakable than ordinary glass.
Our labels are made of premium matte repositionable vinyl that’s waterproof, oil-proof, and overall weather-proof – meaning they can even be left outdoors and they will not peel off nor fade. We only use non-solvent based inks, making them toxin-free and fade-proof as well.
We endeavor to get your orders to you in the fastest possible time and in the most pristine condition, while adhering to strict sanitary practices. To achieve this, we’ve intentionally designed our operations to have minimal pass-on handling of each product. Rest assured, our labels are application-friendly, repositionable, and will not leave any white adhesive residue, should you need to make adjustments to the application. Starting from either the left or right side of the label, make sure to smooth the whole length of the label up and down as you smooth the label towards the other end. And because our labels are premium-grade, it will leave no white adhesive residue should you need to adjust the application - even after several times. Should you wish to re-position your label best you do it within the hour of first application.

As such, we cannot accept alterations or revisions once the order has been checked out.
