Mayfair & Co. is operated by Lablcraft, Inc. We respect your right to control your personal data — including any information we receive when you message us through Facebook or Instagram.
If you would like us to delete the personal data we hold about you, you can request this at any time.
How to request deletion
- Email us at hello@mayfairhome.co
- Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request
- Include the name, email address, and/or the Facebook or Instagram handle associated with your messages, so we can locate your records.
What happens next
- We'll confirm we received your request within 2 business days.
- We'll delete the personal data we hold about you within 30 days — including messages and contact details collected through our Facebook and Instagram channels.
- We'll email you to confirm once the deletion is complete.
Please note
We may need to retain certain information where required by law (for example, order, tax, and accounting records) or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Any retained data is limited to what is legally required and handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
