Cancellation policy

Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

This policy covers pre-orders and any other special purchase options offered on mayfairhome.co.

Pre-orders. A pre-order item is one that isn't in stock yet. Each product page shows its expected ship date. If your order has both pre-order and in-stock items, we may ship them separately or together once everything is available.

Cancelling a pre-order. You can cancel a pre-order any time before it ships. Email hello@mayfairhome.co with your order number, and we'll give you a full refund to your original payment method.

Delays. If the ship date changes, we'll let you know by email. You can then wait for the new date or cancel for a full refund.

After shipping. Once a pre-order ships, our regular Refund Policy applies.

Refund timing. We process approved refunds within 5 to 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take longer to post the refund.
