Pre-order Terms and Conditions

Pre-Order Terms and Conditions

These Pre-Order Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, the customer ("Customer") and [Lablcraft, Inc. DBA Mayfair & Co.] ("Company") regarding the pre-order of products offered through our e-commerce platform.

  1. Pre-Order Reservation: By placing a pre-order, Customer is reserving the right to purchase a product ("Product") from the Company before the official release or availability date.

  2. Pre-Order Payment: Customer will be required to make a payment for the Product in full at the time of placing the pre-order.

  3. Pre-Order Fulfillment: The Company will make reasonable efforts to fulfill the pre-order and deliver the Product within the estimated timeframe specified at the time of pre-order placement. However, the Company cannot guarantee specific delivery dates, as delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

  4. Product Availability: In the event that the Company is unable to fulfill the pre-order due to factors beyond its control, such as product unavailability, a manufacturing delay, or quality issues, the Company reserves the right to cancel the pre-order and provide a full refund to the Customer.

  5. Price and Payment: The price of the Product listed at the time of pre-order placement is the amount Customer will pay. The Company reserves the right to change the price of the Product at any time. However, no price changes will apply to pre-orders already placed.

  6. Cancellation by Customer: Customer may cancel the pre-order at any time before the Product is shipped. In such cases, a refund will be provided by the Company, subject to any applicable cancellation fees or administrative charges.

  7. Cancellation by Company: The Company reserves the right to cancel a pre-order in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as product discontinuation or legal issues. In such cases, the Company will provide a full refund to the Customer.

  8. Returns and Exchanges: The standard return and exchange policies of the Company will apply to pre-ordered Products once they have been delivered to the Customer. Please refer to our [Return Policy] for more information.

  9. Limitation of Liability: The Company will not be liable for any damages, consequential or incidental, arising out of or related to the pre-order or use of the Product or any delay or failure in delivery.

  10. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

By placing a pre-order with our Company, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Pre-Order Terms and Conditions.
